Hostel Bookings Policy: Freedom Rainbow Beach

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. Guests must check out by 10.00am on their day of departure. Luggage storage is available.
Freedom Hostels dorm rooms are for ages 18 to 35 only.
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Freedom Rainbow without their parent or guardian.
Guests staying in dormitory rooms must be aged 18+.
Accommodation must be paid in full at or prior to check in. Bookings taken over the telephone will require credit card details to secure the booking.
24 hour cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check in. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
If you have made a reservation for more than one person in a dormitory room and you want to be allocated beds in the same room, then please make this request at the time of booking. If you do not make a request at time of your booking then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the entire group in one room.
All guests are required to present valid photo identification when checking in. Freedom Rainbow will only accept a valid international Passport for international guests. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check in.
Freedom accepts cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
